When the organizer behind the Hultsfred Festival, FKP Scorpio, packed up and moved the musical festival to an area north of Stockholm, raised a lot of critical voices. That was the start of a brand new festival on the old land adjacent to the lake Hulingen in Småland Hultsfred.

It is still undecided whether compensation festival in Småland will become a new tradition, but the conditions for a repeat in 2014 seems good, in terms of both finance and interest.
- Could plus. That much I can say, though we are still counting the final. During the festival, we talked about what we can do better next year, and I really want to do it again.
