NOTICE OF AUCTION SALE OF SURPLUS VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT City of Winston-Salem WINSTON-SALEM, NORTH CAROLINA Pursuant to N.C.G.S. 160A-270(b), the City of Winston-Salem will conduct an auction sale of City owned vehicles beginning 12:00 Noon, Saturday, May 17, 2014. This auction will be held at the Mendenhall Auto Auction Facility, 6695 Auction Rd., High Point, N.C. Items include six Nova RTS buses.
