‘Life is never dull doing this job…’ Helen has worked at CARET on and off for the past 6 years. She has developed games, been an ‘undercover’ researcher in the Engineering department, and wrote leaflets about the causes of death on postmortem certificates.
Her main focus is on how people go about the process of learning and how organisations affect this process. At the root of all this research is a desire to empower those being researched; after all they are the ones who will reap the benefits guariglia of the outcomes.
